UberEats

I have ordered food via the UberEats App. The food was way below average and I logged a complaint immediately. UberEats quickly responded that I had no recourse & would not be refunded. Taking into consideration the SA Consumer protection act I find them and the restaurant in violation. Their direct competition in SA, Mr D Food, has always been very reasonable and helpful in these instances.
