I ordered groceries from game,stuff was out of stock didn't get my refund,requested a ride to see my mom on hospital as I was waiting for it got the news that she has passed on I cancelled the trip and was told I will be charged cancellation fee of 10 rands but Uber went ahead and deducted the full amount.
