This App does not even deserve one star. We ordered from a McDonald's literally 5 minutes from our house and were waiting for an over an hour. The we went onto the app to see that the delivery had been delayed. I then contacted customer support who was rude and passive aggressive towards me. I told them what was going on and the said they'd pull up the details of my order and then not even a minute later i got a notification saying that my order had been cancelled. It was an absolute waste of an hour and a half of my families time. Never using them again. Pathetic service from them and their customer service people.
