UberEats

UberEats is the most disappointing service ever, I placed two orders individually at the same time from McDonald's which would have been delivered by two different drivers understandably but I only receiving one order from one driver, but the driver of the first order has not even attempted to contact me, so naturally when receiving the order, I started questioning this driver about my first order and the guy who should have delivered it to me, if he knew who he was. Disappointing and more furious and hungry for not receiving my food. Sent a report to UberEats that my food never arrived, to be told in a response that these things happen and no refund can be given, so I still don't even get my food? I don't get my refund? So I was left to then munch on snacks at work. This was not the first time my order never came and basically fought with them back fourth regarding it, being told I'm harassing them when explanation is given, threatening me that they will cancel my account, I got my refund back eventually, I swore I won't use them and for a while I haven't ordered anything until yesterday being at work with no canteen open or close by takeaways. Thought I'd learn my lesson by now but my hungry ass just wanted some McDonald's spoils with the girls at work to at least lift our spirits for having to spend the day at work, but our food was a no show and the most appalling customer service ever! I'm yet to receive a response from UberEats regarding the situation we'll probably have to dance to the same tune as my previous unpleasant interaction with them
