My daughter ordered food through Ubereats got the wrong order tried to contact driver his phone switched off contacted Ubereats to complain was told we would get a refund in five working days , no refund contacted them again between bad phone connection and dropped calls was informed we were refunded already they are a joke no refund so will never use them again asked to rate them at the end of call middle finger would suffice.
