UberEast is a *****- they charged me for food I NEVER Got!!!😡😡😡😡

I ordered from Chicken licken Rosebank via the UberEats app. I placed my order at 16:04 and the app showed my food would take 30-40 mins maximum. I waited and waited and at 17:10 I decided to leave the office, at 17:19 the driver sends a message that he has arrived which I then advised him I am no longer they as they took over an hour to deliver my food. When I contacted their helpline they said they will not refund me as the driver tried to contact me at 17:19. How it is right that I never got what I ordered yet they take my money and tell me it's my fault the food arrived an hour late. How so Uber???😡😡😡😡😡😡
