UberDriver not delivering my food

I placed an order with Romans Pizza, and when the driver arrived, the order was incorrect. He informed me that he would return to collect the correct order, but I later discovered that my food had been delivered to another location. In addition to this, the driver displayed a poor attitude and mentioned that he had already reported the matter to Uber. Unfortunately, I never received my order at all. I would like to request a full refund, as the service was not fulfilled. I also believe that the conduct of the driver, Vuyo Ntsikelelo April, was unprofessional and not suitable for a customer-facing role.
