UBERCHEATS!

Incident 1 - My brother's girlfriend who resides in the Phillipines, ordered 2 sushi platters for his birthday on 11 March 2024. I told the driver that I am literally at the corner (traffic lights and I could see him) when he called (he was earlier) than expected. When I got to my home a minute later, he said that he left the food in front of the house, took a picture of the food at the gate and left with the food again. I'm so angry as I'm writing this!! Then I called him to ask him where the food is and he stated that he left it at the gate and I told him that I saw him take it with him again as I was coming down the road. He then changed his tune and said that he's too far away and that I need to pay him R200 to bring the food back!! What the actual??? After much back and forth, he switched his phone off and my brother never received his sushi platters. I have all the necessary photos and order information should it be required.

Incident 2 - On 11 Sep 2024 an order was placed for food which was on promotion for half of the price. The moment check out was confirmed, it switched to the full price (double). The order was then cancelled and many tickets were received to say that we must way for a period for the refund but to date, there's been no refund. Once again....NO FOOD AND MONEY LOST TO UBER EATS!!!! I've got all the necessary information and screenshots required.
