I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats recently. I waited for my delivery, but it never arrived. When I checked the app, it showed the delivery as completed with a photo, even though I never received it. The delivery person didn't contact me, and I received no notifications. The support service was unhelpful, only sending generic messages refusing a refund. This lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable.
