Uber, your call centre needs training!

Now that I am calmed down - I can let everybody know that I am absolutely appalled, disgusted and shaken by the ********** service I have received from Uber Eats Call Centre. After spending over R10,000 with them this year, I dared collecting my own order - what a mistake that was! Arranged with the restaurant, they said it is okay as long as I leave the driver a note, which I did. A few minutes after I get a call from this kid at their call centre, who starts shouting at me like I am some kind of animal - then hangs up the phone in my ear as I try to explain to him why I had collected it myself - and this in front of my guests, in the car, on loud speaker. What an embarrassment for our society this guy is. No, I am not calling Uber, I am not spending another cent on them. If they care enough about customer service they can contact me.
