Uber *******

On Wednesday Oct 5th 2022, I bought a sandwich with salads and a cappuccino. When the meal arrived, the sandwich was missing and they only brought the cappuccino and salads. The meal incl. salads cost me R121. When I enquired about the missing sandwich, they just apologised and refunded me R19. I have no clue why R19 and they dont provide any explanation nor will these ********* refund me the correct amount. They just closed the case.
