UBER Support Team is mean, rude and useless

I am so disappointed by these guys. How do you charge people for food, when a driver claims to have delivered you food and yet no delivery was made. I contacted the team, who told me that they cannot help me because it is not an ongoing order. How about getting me in touch with the driver (whose details you have on your system) to tell him to return the food? Like seriously, this is nonsense, and your support team is arrogant and not helpful at all!
