Uber stole my money and basically ignoring me now. . .

On the 19 Oct 2025 I ordered 4 boxes of almond milk. I was delivered 1 box of soy milk but my account was deducted for R258. 03 and when uber refunded me they only refunded me R48.

My account shows they took a lot more and now I cannot reach them at all and they have an AI that keeps answering saying that I was refunded but only the amount of one box and not even what I asked for.

I never accepted the order as it is not what I asked for.

Uber needs to have a way for people to properly contact them. I have evidence they took more money in my banking app, so if not resolved, I will report to the media and file with the small claims court and make sure the media is there to see how petty Uber is over R200 and how they ***** from the people.
