Uber stole from me

Today 18 July 2024 I ordered on uber eats, around 12:40. Order was collected at chicken lichen by Luthando Glen as it was shown on the uber eats app. When the app informed me that the order was collected by Luthando Glen (Shown on the app) I sent him a message immediately with the address, and recorded "read" but yet he sent a text saying he has arrived. When went to collect, the delivery driver wasn't there, I sent him a message saying you not outside and I sent him the address again and he said oh ok coming. After few minutes he sends a message his outside and again he wasn't there. I tried to call the number that was on the chat platform but with no luck. And end up living with my order and marked the order complete. And now uber eats claims it's my faults and the driver told customer service I never responded to notifications as the said I should look at my notifications as I was talking to the driver. So guys be very careful when ordering with uber eats the are ******* now taking your order and uber eats defend them. And if he claims he delivered the food how did they get the pin that should be given on time of delivery?
