Uber ***** people's money

I loaded a 100. Rand. Gift. Card. Then straight afterwards my account was disabled. Now I'm struggling to get my r100 back. Uber support is nót much help. Countless message and calls still no luck yet. I very disappointed in Uber. This is no way to do business. Why should me as the client struggle to get what is still right fully mine untill I spend the gift card. I most definitely will be taking the matter to the sa consumer complaints agency
