Uber services and drivers disappointing

The Uber drivers always cancel trips and I use Uber for work. I am always late making the same excuse. The fact the a person can request for more than an hour try to get a, ride is appalling. You service has, dropped. You keep reserving money and we unable to get the refund from the bank. You also just debit when you feel like it.
