Uber **** and unreliable

We booked this Uber in advance as we have been having a lot of issues with Uber accepting and then saying they are to far. The driver was supposed to pick us up at 15:00. He then messaged us at 15:00 to tell us that he is Gateway and we need to get to him. The whole point of Uber is to fetch people and drop them off. He never showed up we ended up eventually getting another driver and being charged twice. Uber is becoming so unreliable and the drivers just accept rides, then say they are to far (then why do they accept the trip) and when they eventually cancel we get charged for it. This is becoming a **** and people are getting ******.
