Uber SA Has no customer support in SA

Can someone explain to me why Uber does not have a customer support centre ? They really have customer experience at the bottom of their priority list. For the second time ordering food, the McDonald’s Viking did not have the order we wanted. When you request for cancellation they charge you full amount for food they couldn’t provide you with.
