Uber *****s from their loyal customers

I ordered food and opted to pay cash. The maximum allowed cash payment on an order js R200. Whe delivery guy delivered my food, but never updated uber that he received my money. This I only found out almost a month after I ordered when I saw uber stole around R200 from my account without my consent or reaching out to me. When I contacted them, I was told that I do not qualify for a refund and I am supposed to notify them within 24 hours according to their pathetic refund policy. Please be careful when paying cash. This people are *******. Never using this **** company ever again.
