Uber running a payment syndicate!

I am extremely disappointed in UberEats, infact disappointed in Uber in a whole. Uber is running a theft syndicate as both their driver Lukuba Patrick and support consultant Fahmed41 have marked my order placed on the 12th of December 2023 as completed. They both stopped replying to my messages and just did their own thing, even when requesting a call or a manager contact me. When you place an order with UberEats Market, your order gets processed immediately yet drivers and support of UberEats Market DO NOT check any of the clients requests. They only check clients requests when they are already out on delivery, deliberately driving to incorrect addresses and marking your order as completed, which forces your payment to be made. When taking matters further Uber support send you repetitive messages failing to really sort out matters, the support consultants also simply mark incorrect orders as completed when it is not. Uber are ******* and they *****ing from many patrons.
