Uber robbing business

My experience is very sad , I bought food for my daughter, through Uber eats , the driver went a different address called me ,no managed him called like a mad person the he busy saying he us outside but not there , all of a sudden he put delivered on his app , ubers says driver called me and no response, when you delivered something you should have address which address did he deliver what didn't he say he cancelled , they are teeling me they wint refund my R280, it's a ******* for real, I want my refund
