Uber *******s

They are nothing but *********. I had placed an order but it wasn't right and quickly cancelled it. The second ordered I waited over 2 hours for and never received. The app kept saying 50 more minutes and we are sorry for the delay, blah, blah blah. Finally the app told me I could cancel it so after that long if a time I did. HOWEVER, THEY CHARGED ME FOR BOTH ORDERS. Giving me some **** excuse about if the restaurant started to make the order they wouldn't refund it. Well eventually they refunded the second order but the first one they won't refund which doesn't apply to the rule of the restaurant already making it. It was cancelled in less than a minute.
