Uber ride debited my account without providing the service

I am so disappointed, i requested a ride on the 9th February and R120.05, was debited as uber eats and no ride was generated. I had to use another card to request a ride. When i logged a request for a refund of the R120.05, they advised that i should log the request with uber eats as transaction is reflecting a duplication of an amount done on the 19August 2025.. There is no order reflecting on my app, I have requested for someone to call me as they are refusing to understand my request. All i receive is emails that they cannot assist. Why is uber rides and uber eats not helping yet you can use the uber ride to order uber eats.
