UBER REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY REFUND AFTER ALMOST A.MONTH

on the 30th November i placed an order at Bar Keeper Liquors..They had canceled my order and on my receipt it says refunded.

Since Nov 30th i have been chasing my refund of R374. They told me to consult with my bank which i did and we sat for an hour looking for the payment and all.we could see was that it left my account on the 30th

They then told me to re order the items. Mind you, i didn't need the items any longer and also how was i supposed to place the order with no money.

They keep sending me generic responses with no resolution. I even told them i am willing to place am order somewhere else for the same amount and they did not even accept that..

They asked me for my order number and i sent it. I sent them the last response, now they keep sending me replies saying "awaiting your response" when they are the ones who now need to reply.

Its now almost a month later, no items, no refund and they refuse to help me
