Uber refuse refund!!! But was at uncorrect address.

I ordered food at uber eats. The guy was nit at my adress. I have proof he wasnt at the correct adress. But they refused to refund me. I never received my food. How can they say he waited if i was outside in rain waiting and i spoke to him and he just responded my adress to wring. Uber refuses to refund me. Because he waited. But he was not at my address. I tried to call him and have dirextions and a screen print attached to address he never arrived and they refuse to refund me
