Uber poor service indeed

Shocking treatment from a service that I have always had positive encounters with. The app sent the courier to completely the wrong place, and since I was not able to rush several blocks away to meet him while my car was parked in by someone else at work, he simply left with my food. Uber helpline agents shrugged their shoulder as there is apparently nothing to be done, and I am graciously informed not to expect a refund. Wonderful.
