Uber package ****** by driver.

I ordered a Uber package car to pick up my package at 11am. The driver was delayed by 3 hours. On the app it stated delivered (but I never gave the delivery pin to confirm delivery) and when I phoned Uber and got through to the driver he started shouting at me because he couldn’t find the number of the building. I told him to wait outside I’ll meet him in front of the building. As I got outside he was gone. No package delivered and NO response from Uber doing anything to help me. The driver is not contacting me back when I share my contact details with Uber. The parcel is worth R5000 and NO ONE IS HELPING ME or getting hold of this *****!!!!!!!
