Uber one. Uber NONE

Gotten really bad over the past year. When you order food, drivers make stops to other destinations along the way and your food gets to you cold. You can't justify me having to microwave my takeaways after paying for it. It was a treat for my family and they had to eat stale microwaved chips. Today I ordered one item from Game. The latest arrival time kept moving on and on with no compensation. ETA went from 16:45 up until 17:50? It was ONE item from a store that has it on a shelf. They weren't preparing masses of food, why did it take an hour?? I also got charged a R10 service fee for buying from Game, I want this money back for the terrible service. I'm a uber one subscriber and this just made me cancel. Unacceptable. Pathetic.
