UBER ONE *****S MONEY!

I signed up for an Uber one membership which was supposedly R50 per month. At the beginning of the month, they deducted R500 which they said was pending to be released bank into my account. Weeks later, they still haven't released my money. And there's no way to talk to anyone from Uber about it because they don't have a customer service! Please pay me back my money!
