Uber One discounts are a joke

I was fully charged for my order even though the receipt says the uber one credits and the discounts were taken. No refund has been given. My bank statement reflects a different amount. Uber has charged R275.76 as per invoice HBFDBBCH-***. I can provide the proof of payment via a bank statement The amount that was taken off the bank account was R275. 76 but the final uber eats receipt is R143. 78. As per my initial message the discounts and uber one credits weren't taken off the order. So the payment taken reflected a different amount to the one that was charged.
