Uber not won’t attend to your logs and the drivers will ***** your money

I ordered yesterday and received my order and everything was well and good until I received an alert that my order was not paid for, but I had given the driver the cash and even tipped him, I’m logging a support/ help on the app and I m not being attended to , so I gave that man 200 now I must pay another 200 because I owe 🤬🤬 that’s a load of bull
