Uber not delivering order and not refunding the order

I placed an order for food today this was for my daughter, 26-06-2025. I gave delivery instructions clearly for the driver. Who to call, if they have issues, the driver called me cause they could not find the location. then the driver decided to cancel the order, as it had reached the time limit allocated to the order. Now Uber does not want to refund me, what **** service is that, Uber always does this and there is never any recourse is there anyhow we can hold uber responsible. I want my refund.
