Uber ****med me off R250

So I placed a grocery order on the Uber eats app and it was scheduled to be delivered the next day, when that day came my order was canceled the order was paid for R124.00 but the funds were not credited back to me, here I am thinking maybe they were just busy and I go ahead to place the same order I get debited again and order is scheduled for the next day again when the time came for them to deliver order gets canceled 😞. So now I have R250 missing from my account that I paid for two orders and when chatting to them they claim they did not debit my account on their side ot shows no money was taken from.

Someone please shut down this **** of an app I will never place an order again especially if am paying via debit card ever again #crying
