Uber Let down

I ordered pizza on Friday and experienced extremely poor service from start to finish. My delivery was delayed by over 3 hours due to multiple driver cancellations. After waiting in good faith, we were eventually told to arrange collection ourselves, only to then be informed that the restaurant had already closed. This was after 9pm, leaving us stranded without food, despite having already been dropped off by Uber. The entire experience was unacceptable, disorganised, and left us without any alternative arrangements or support.”
