Uber let down!

Why does your order get accepted? And then get told by the delivery driver, after it’s too late to order anything else, that the shops closed and you’ll get a refund.. yet you can’t report the issues to them directly... find myself on here asking has anyone else had this issue? Because I’m hungry but bound by curfew. Bunch of @(&:&/&2
