Uber leaves food on the pavement!!!!

The uber driver left my food order outside on the pavement! So never got my food and i paid!!!!Uber says he followed protocol due to an 8 min timer, Firstly this guys did not want to come up to my office he **** and said there is a problem with security! I am shocked that Uber would agree to this! Who even treats their clients like this. I will not stop.
