Uber late

Pathetic no service placed a order at 7:22 delivery time given is 7:35-7:51 nothing and nothing no pick up no drop-off no response from uber live chat more like dead chat....can't physically talk to anybody at uber about it can't cancel my order coz it's already placed this is absolutely pathetic service and all I want you do is scream!!!!!!!!
