Uber keeps dropping the ball

I used Uber eats twice and found it to be horrible on both occasions. The first time half the order wasn't delivered and on the second occasion there was a glitch on the app. Someone tried to help me and clicked on the help button. Today R50 went off my bank account for Uber help. This is the third month in a row. Although I deleted the app after my bad experiences. Is there a number I can call to stop Uber help from taking my money.
