Uber just takes and don't give back

I decided to place an order with uber eats by the nob, and my order just states unfulfilled, and my money was deducted since Friday I have got no response from them nor have, I received my order, I want my money back. client please be aware that support line ignores clients and just close tickets when they feel like it, I'm really disappointed as n 5-star client.
