UBER IS *****ING

Hi there.

Can someone please assist me. Last month I was Debited R50 for Uber Eats pass. I ordered food multiple times and still had to pay for delivery.

I called Uber and the guy instructed me to make a complaint on the app. I was unable to do so, so I sent a msg on Facebook. No one rep**** to my msg.

I then deleted my card,and logged out, and deleted the app. Since then I have used Mr D. Uber is robbing me!

It’s another month with no response. It’s another month and I have been debited R50 AGAIN!!! I am absolutely fuming. Uber is now debiting my card without my Authorization!! I deleted everything as I feel I was ****** last month.

Someone please sort this out. I am absolutely disgusted!!!

I will never use UBER again , and I will tell everyone my story and tell them to delete them and use Mr D instead.
