Uber is a ****** ****

I have had 3 orders not arriving at my doorstep. Nobody contacted me regarding this. I have submitted multiple requests for help and I still get automated "don't care" responses. There is no phone number to contact either. Why are we allowing these foreign businesses to treat customers like this on their home soil?
