Uber is a ripoff

I ordered food for my mom at work and she waited and the food never arrived . I tried calling contacting the driver to tell him where the place was instead he went to a completely different place . The next thing the order showed delivered on my side whereas we never got order . You cannot charge me for food I never received !I want my refund .
