Uber is a ********* company that does not. Protect clients and ***** their money

Uber eats are **********. I placed an order yesterday order number 94918 and the order had a discount value of R100 and total was supposed to be R274. It said placing the order and after that took me on past orders, I checked the order for on upcoming the order was not placed I checked on past orders the order was not appearing. I reordered again 4ac2b and it did the same thing it did not place the order. I left it for like 5 mins still orders where not showing on the order history. I ordered again now for the 3rd time and still the same think happened, it siad placing order again and took me. To upcoming orders then it update all 3,i used the app for them. To get canceled and yet they were not. I went to the store where I was told I need to call in to cancel them they can't at that te only 1 order was prepared at steers. I told them that the order is wrong the order I want was my 1st order that is discounted, the other 2 was cause the system. Did not place the orders and they said to call ube lr eats. I called them. And explained yet they debit me for 3 orders yet their own system was not submitting the orders. I was told that I either take the food or not if I cancel they will change me a fee. A fee cuase their system messed up. I spoke to even the manager who pretended to help yet I was told that the store prepared the food and I can go ask. For a refund at any channel I won't get my money back and I have have proof that the order at steers was not prepared yet I was debited 3 times then 1 was refunded 1 purchase the one that was discounted and had to pay for 2 purchases that was caused by their system. They are ********** and they don't deserve to have business. Ubers clients are being ****d and beating up and they still clients money and telling them. That they have their money on their side and won't pay it make. They have ****. Discounts so. They can ***** from people. Worst service ever They should be taken out of. Business
