Uber is a ****

I made an order with uber eats and cancelled it because I had used a card that I was not supposed to since the card was not mine. After cancellation uber refused to give me a refund, when I told that it is better to get the order that loose the money for nothing. They refuse to do so. Basically I have lost the money all because of an error. They can't charge full amount for cancellation. I need my money back
