Uber *****ing Money from Customers

Uber has been trying to take R50 off my account every month since January 2025 and has succeed a few times. Even though I don't use Uber anymore, since I ordered food, which I never received. I placed a complaint and they refunded me my money for the order. Ever since they have been deducting R50 rand 1 or 2 a month since.

I have been trying to get hold of Uber to assist with my issue, but apparently no one can help me. I'm at my withs end.
