The worst customer service ever!

I've ordered food, but never received it although very clear instructions were added on the app for delivery. The restaurant also did not receive my order back... Tried to phone the delivery guy and now his nr doesn't exist, the restaurant tried as well - same story. But Uber eats insist that I've received the order. No photo where it was delivered, what about the pin that is needed to receive your order...? They claim the issues is resolved and I'm not going to get a refund, but where is my order? To whom did he give it to, my guess is he took it for himself . I've logged a complaint and the restaurant as well - Somebody is lying!
