Uber holding back my order with pathetic service support

I have a been trying to complete a purchase with an UberEats voucher since Tuesday 14th April. I logged multiple screenshots as well as explained the issue that my voucher isn't working.

They keep asking me how they can help even though I have explicitly explained the issue and attached the screenshots

I still cannot process my order and the special is ending on Monday.

Hate Uber and its sad that I have this R2454 voucher with this useless service provider.
