Uber hater

I have been using uber/ uber eats for years now and recently there has been an issue with delivery and pick ups. My address is correct but the drivers always get lost. Today I ordered on Uber eats and decided to text the driver just to help them and they ended up cancelling my order after being rude to me when I was trying to help them. I tried to order again and waited 2 hours till I decided to cancel my order. I’ve been asking for assistance ever since to delete my account but I keep on getting the run around. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Their customer service is horrible. Their drivers are even worse. I’ve had it with them.
