Uber has officially lost a loyal customer !!

I’m never using this service again! I’ve been a loyal user of Uber and had no issues with the driving app and assumed the delivery service would be the same but this service is terrible!!

I disputed and order on 12/12 and app showed that the refund was made but was never received!
