Uber encourages *****ing by their drivers-no responsibility taken for peoples loss!

Uber Eats drivers are *****ing our food and Uber eats take no responsibility

I ordered food with uber eats and was at home waiting for their arrival. It has been raining all day, when I checked again to see how far my food was, I saw a picture of my food in a brown bag on the floor in the rain amongst other ******* on the floor in wet grass, stating that the food was delivered, I immediately called the number that was available for the driver, which rang and then t he call got cut, then i got blocked by the driver, I quickly ran outside to see no driver and the food was gone, there is no one walking the streets in the rain. There is a big mail box just above where he took the photo on the floor where he could have put my food in.

This driver stole my food and i even paid a tip. I have logged a complaint and still no response.

I have seen that many other people have had the same issue, they even have video footage of drivers taking pictures outside and then leaving with the food and these people have not been refunded even with proof. Uber refuses to take responsibility.

This is ridiculous, I want my money back, don't use UBER!!!
